Graham Williams, 56, of York Street, Portsmouth, breached a community order by failing to attend unpaid work.
The defendant also breached public order by failing to give an acceptable reason for the absence.
The original offense for which he was issued a community order was for driving without a licence.
He was fined £300 and told to pay £60 costs.
Wade Brain, 20, of Elm Grove, Portsmouth, committed a further offense during a three-month jail term suspended for 12 months.
The suspended sentence was activated by the judges.
Andrew Knockatt, 47, of Waverley Road, Portsmouth, was driving in excess of the speed limit on the A27 at Hangleton on April 16 last year.
He was fined £1,011 and had four points on his licence.
Mark Reilly, 30, of Edwards Close, Portsmouth, breached a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. The original offense for which he was convicted was assaulting an ambulance worker.
He was given an eight-week electronic tag to stay at the address between 7pm and 7am.
Mark Male, 37, of Winterslow Drive, Havant, breached a public order after failing to attend appointments.
He was initially convicted of assaulting an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on March 2 of last year.
Justices of the peace issued an arrest for rehabilitation for 20 days.
