This year marks the 30th anniversary of Shankill Castle hosting an exhibition during the Kilkenny Arts Festival featuring paintings, sculptures, antique books, films and the official launch of two books written by Sebastian Kewanney.
Shankill Castle prides itself on displaying a range of unusual media and objects each year that engage the public with art in its many forms and expressions in a memorable setting. The historic gardens, stables and castle in the Kilkenny countryside will provide a unique experience for all visitors.
People can also stop by the Coach House Cafe, which is open Thursday to Sunday from 11pm to 5pm.
All works are for sale and admission to the exhibition is free and open to the public.
