The bosses of the National Lottery have confirmed that one very lucky player in Dublin has become Ireland’s new millionaire after winning an incredible jackpot of € 3,612,485 last night.

Whoever owned the ticket now became the 5th jackpot winner in the 2022 lottery after winning players in Mayo, Mitte, Dublin and Kilkenny.

The winning numbers for the draw on Wednesday night were: 09, 13, 15, 18, 21, 27, and the bonus – 11.

The National Lottery also confirmed that the location of the winning store will be known on Friday.

Last night in the Lotto draw, more than 74,000 players across the country collected prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus games, including a player from Limerick who matched five numbers, and a win bonus of € 40,338.

This ticket was purchased at Dunnes Stores at Childers Road Retail Park on Saturday, May 21, 2022.

The two biggest winners of the draw on Wednesday night are now encouraged to sign the reverse side of their tickets and keep them safe.

The winner of the Dublin jackpot and the winner of the 5+ Bonus Match in Limerick must contact the National Lottery Prize Team at 1800 666 222 or email and they will be arranged to claim their prizes.

A spokesman for the National Lottery said: “Yesterday’s draw was a turning point for a lottery player in Dublin, who now has a ticket worth more than 3.6 million euros!

“We urge all of our Dublin Lotto players to check their tickets carefully today, and the winning ticket holder to sign the reverse side of their ticket and contact our prize claim team so we can arrange for them to claim their huge prize.

“The player from Dublin not only won the jackpot of the 5th lottery, which we saw this year, he also received the title of 19th millionaire of the National Lottery 2022.”

“Another player who is probably celebrating today is the ticket holder from Limerick, who matched five numbers and a bonus to win 40,338 euros.
